Ultimate Guitar - My IPad does not recognize my subscription

I have paid and received a confirmation for subscribing to pro. However, when I go on my IPad it asks to subscribe again.please help.

Cancellation

I sign up for Ultimate Guitar and after logging into site I found out right away this is not what I wanted as a on-line guitar site and cancelled the same day. Now one month later they are trying to charge my credit card for a cancelled subscription which now I'll probably have to get a new credit card to stop the charges.

Buyer BEWARE of using this site. If it's for you fine but now for me after my experience.

Free trail

I thought I was registering for a free trial and the was charged a full year 7995 to my PayPal account. I examine this app and decided I do not want this.

I would like it to be resolved.

I dont want the free trial anymore or or subscription please contact me at ASAP to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Can't access tabs after I just paid my monthly subscription

I've been using Ultimate Guitar for several months without issue. Now I just paid my $11.99 monthly subscription and it won't let me into my tabs without paying more$$$ WHY???

Having problems with my account

I've paid for the yearly subscription and I haven't even been able to use it. I paid in April 12, 2024 and when I try to use it, I get booted back to the "subscribe now" screen." I can't talk to a live person and that would be fine if issue was solved, but its not.

I feel.like I'm getting the runaround with all the emails and now whatever this is. Not happy.

I can’t get into the app

I can't get into my Ultimate Guitar subscription. There is a tabs icon where my Ultimate Guitar App used to be.

My Ultimate Guitar App was always automatically renewed.

How do I get into my Ultimate Guitar App? This is very frustrating.

If there is not a chance that UT can supply tabs for the song by Mark Knopfler"Old Pigweed", can you suggest where I might find the tabs. I've searched the internet with no luck, so far.

Unauthorized charge

This is not very professional.

You guys need to get people that live and work in the USA. I would not recommend you guys to anyone.
